The day after Valentines Day, did you have enough chocolate and sweets? I know I did. My husband surprised me with a cheesecake, I didn’t want to insult him by not eating it 🙂
Today is the day to get back on track so I woke up and decided to stick with the chocolate theme.
1 TBSP of Peanut Butter Chocolate powder (I use Just Great Stuff brand)
1 Cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/4 tsp of Maca Powder (super food! It’s a root vegetable in powder form that increases energy, boosts your immune system and has disease fighting abilities)
Handful of walnuts
Toss all of the above ingredients into the blender (except for the cacao nibs) and blend until smooth.
Throw some cacao nibs on top and Enjoy!
