2 TBSP of Fage plain Greek yogurt
Handful of mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries)
1/2 cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 banana, thinly sliced
1/4 Cup of Granola
1 TBSP of Flaxseed, ground
1 TBSP Hemp hearts
1 TBSP Chia seeds
In a blender add a handful of berries together (this morning I blended blueberries & strawberries) & almond milk. Set aside.
Slice a banana into very thin slices so they will be able to stick to the glass of the jar without falling.
With the banana slices in place inside of the jar, add the yogurt and then pour the berry mix on top.
Add a layer of flaxseed, a layer of chia seeds, a layer of hemp hearts and top with banana granola and the remaining banana slices.
Grab a spoon and Enjoy!
