Mid-Day Snack-PB, Bananas on Ezekiel 4:9 Toasted Bread

Around 3pm everyday I start to get a little hungry for something sweet, yet savory.  Prior to my healthy days, I would just grab a bag of potato chips, handful of M&M’s and I was good to go! Now the mere thought of that grosses me out!  Since I’ve been enlightened, my choices are far wiser!  I toasted up a slice of Ezekiel 4:9 bread (you can find this in the freezer section of your grocery store), topped it with about 1 1/2 Tbsp. of Organic Peanut Butter from Wegmans and finished it off by slicing up 1/2 a banana!  Totally delicious and completely satisfying!  I washed it down with some lemon water!! The best part is I feel great after–no guilt, no bloated, sick feeling! WIN WIN!!PB Banana on Ezekiel 4:9
