No Bake Brownie Balls

Want to make a quick and easy chocolatey treat that the kids will love? With 4 ingredients and a good processor or blender you can do it.

These brownies are loaded with vitamins, nutrients, antioxidants, Omega 3 fatty acids and Fiber.


1/2 Cup of Walnuts, finely chopped
1/2 Cup of Ground Flaxseed
1/2 Cup of Cacao Powder
1 Cup of Pitted Dates
Pinch of salt (optional)


Place all of the ingredients into a food processor or blender until the consistency is that of a brownie.
Take out and roll around in your hand into bite size balls. You can also flatten the mixture into a baking dish, top it with your favorite toppings and cut into squares. Personally, I prefer the balls– it makes it fun for the kids to do too! You can eat them as is or you can roll them into shredded coconut, peanuts, chopped walnuts, chopped pecans, cacao nibs or any topping that you and your kids enjoy.
