Overnight Oats

I literally thought about this overnight oat jar every time I woke up in the middle of the night!!! I was soooo excited to try it!! I had seen many healthy ig accounts constantly posting these creations and they always look so delish so I finally decided to try my hand at it!! OMG!!!!!!! It is sooo awesome!! The perfect breakfast! Light, yet filling and awesome flavors and textures!!! Here’s what I did:

All in a Mason jar with a cover

1 heaping teaspoon of almond butter layered on the bottom of the jar
1/2 cup Rolled Oats
1/4 cup Organic Steel cut oats
1/2 cup Vanilla Rice milk (you can use almond milk or coconut milk)
2/3 cup Fage Greek yogurt
2 Tbsp. Pure Maple Syrup
1.5 Tbsp. chia seeds

Put all ingredients in the order listed, put the cover on, shake it up and place in the fridge overnight!!! Sweet dreamin about your oatmeal jar!!!
