Here we are at the last week of our 21 Day Smoothie Challenge!!! That went fast, didn’t it??? As we mentioned in the first post, it takes 21 days to form a habit. 1 Navel Orange
Fresh Piece of Ginger
Frozen Strawberries (1 bag)
Frozen Blueberries (1 bag)
Frozen Peaches (1 Bag)
Frozen Pineapple (1 Bag)
Ground Flaxseed
Chia Seeds
Raw Honey
Almond Butter
Fage Plain Greek Yogurt
Coconut Water
Unsweetened Almond Milk
Organic Apple Juice
Organic Carrot Juice
Vanilla Whey Protein
Vanilla Extract
Day 15
Berry Good Start
1 Banana
1/2 cup Frozen Blueberries
1/2 cup Frozen Strawberries
2 Tsp. Freshly Grated Ginger
1 1/2 Tbsp. Raw Honey
1 Tbsp. Ground Flaxseed
1 cup Coconut Water
Place all ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth and drink right away!
Day 16
Ray of Sunshine
1 Cup Fage Greek Yogurt
1 Banana
1 Cup Pineapple Chunks
1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk or Coconut Milk
4 Ice Cubes
Place all ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth and drink right away!
Day 17
Is It Almost Summer?
1 Banana
1 Cup Apple Juice
1 Kiwi, peeled and cut in 1/2
1 Tbsp. of Flaxseed, ground
1/2 cup Frozen Strawberries
1 Tsbp. Chia Seeds
4 Ice Cubes
Place all ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth and drink right away!
Day 18
Little Red-head
1 Banana
1 Cup Carrot Juice
1/2 Cup Apple Juice
1/2 Cup Fage Greek Yogurt
1 Tbsp. Ground Flaxseed
1/2 Cup Ice

Day 19
Go Bananas Smoothie
2 Bananas
2 Tbsp. of Almond butter
1 Tbsp. of Flaxseed, ground
1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein
1 Cup of Unsweetened almond milk
Place all ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth and drink right away!
Day 20
You’re Peachy
1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/2 Cup Frozen Peaches
1/4 Cup Frozen Blueberries
1 Tsp. Freshly Grated Ginger
1 Tbsp. Ground Flaxseed
1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein

Orange You Glad It’s Friday
1 Navel Orange, peeled
1/4 cup Fage Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup Coconut Water
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
