Fruit blend with granola



1 banana (minus the slices added on top)

a handful of strawberries

a handful of blueberries


Almond milk ( you can use your preferred milk)


In a blender combine the fruit and milk until a thick consistency

Pour some of the mix into a mason jar (you can add to a bowl or any cup that you have available)

Take some granola and put it on top

continue to make layers until all of your blended fruit has been used


Remember to be CREATIVE! USE whatever fruits you have in your refrigerator. DON’T be afraid to try something new!
