Shakes to Health!

After being down for the count for the past few days with some strain of the flu, I couldn’t wait to get a delicious and nutritious shake in my body to help revitalize my strength and overall well-being! This is just a simple one to ease me back into the world of food since we haven’t been agreeing with each other for the last 48 hours!

All fruit is frozen with no sugar added. I love Wegmans Just Picked bags!

Frozen sliced peaches (4 slices)
Frozen strawberries (4)
Frozen blueberries (1/2 cup)
1.5 cup Vanilla Almond milk

That’s it! Put all ingredients in your blender, Nutribullet or Vitamix and Shake it Up!
