Chia bowl of everything

Chia pudding:

1/3 cup of chia seeds
1 1/2 cups of coconut milk
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla extract

Add all above ingredients to a mason jar and store in the fridge until the following day.

Add chia mix to a bowl, top it with your favorite fruits, nuts, granola etc and enjoy!
This morning I added apples, mandarin orange, cacao nibs, coconut granola from Wegmans and agave nectar
