Chocolate bowl

So lately I am completely obsessed with having breakfast bowls filled with delicious additions and this morning was no different. If you love chocolate and bananas your going to thank me for this one. Here ya go…


1/2 frozen banana
1/2 fresh avocado (other half was placed in freezer for a later use)
1 TBSP Maca powder
1 TBSP Cacao powder
1 TBSP ground flaxseed
1 TBSP almond butter
1/2 cup chocolate almond milk
1 TBSP Barlean’s Essential Woman (optional)- creates “radiant glowing skin, lustrous hair and strong nails” which is a sign of vibrant inner health.

Blend until thick and creamy, pour it into a bowl and add your favorite chocolate granola (I used Bear Naked heavenly chocolate), cacao nibs and some goji berries on top.
